This policy explains what information AI Rap Video Generator collects when you use the service, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
- Account details: your email address, name and sign-in method.
- What you create with: the photos you upload, your lyrics, and the names and details you type when asking for lyrics.
- What the service creates: written lyrics and generated videos.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive your plan and payment status, never your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used and basic device information, through cookies and analytics.
How We Use It
- To write your lyrics, make your videos and show them in your account.
- To run your account, credits and subscription.
- To prevent abuse, such as fake sign-ups or misuse of other people's photos. For daily limits we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
- To understand which features work and improve the service.
We do not use your photos, lyrics or generated videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
Who Processes Your Data
To create results, your photo, lyrics and the details you type are sent to Kie.ai, the AI model provider we use to write lyrics and make videos. The site runs on Cloudflare, and files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Each of them processes data only to provide their part of the service.
How Long We Keep It
- Uploaded photos and generated videos: 30 days if you have never made a purchase, 90 days if you have, then deleted automatically.
- Account and billing records: while your account is open, and longer where the law requires.
You can delete a video sooner yourself on your My videos page: its video file and photo are erased within 24 hours. A photo is kept only while another of your videos still uses it.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by writing to hello@rapvideogenerator.io or through the support option in your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and, where you allow it, for analytics. You can change cookie preferences in your browser and, where offered, in the cookie settings link in the footer.
Children
The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
