Refund Policy

Failed Generations

If a video fails, or takes longer than 10 minutes to finish, it is marked as failed and the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your plan at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for Purchases

If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying. Once credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

How to Ask

Email hello@rapvideogenerator.io or use the support option in your account, with the email you signed up with and the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
