Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Rap Video Generator (the "service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the Service Does

The service turns a photo you upload and a few lines of lyrics into a short rap video, in which the person or pet in the photo performs your lyrics. It can also write lyrics for you from the occasion and details you give. Results are produced by third-party AI models and can be imperfect. We may change, pause or remove features at any time.

Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service.

Credits and Plans

Making videos uses credits; writing lyrics is free within daily limits. Credits come from the free sign-up allowance or from a paid plan, as shown on the Pricing page. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned automatically. Plan prices, the credits each plan includes and how refunds work are described on the Pricing page and in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload a photo of a person unless you are that person or have their permission.
• Upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or use the name, voice or style of a real artist or public figure.
• Create content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, defamatory or illegal, or that involves minors in any inappropriate way.
• Present a generated video as a real recording of a real person.
• Use the service to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Try to get around credit limits, rate limits or security measures, or run automated scripts against the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Rights

You keep any rights you have in the photos and lyrics you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. Subject to these Terms and to the licenses of the underlying AI models, you may use the videos you make for personal use and on social media, including posts that promote your own small business. For other commercial use, such as paid advertising, contact us first.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
